One year has passed since we established our new management structure with two Co-Presidents in April 2023. While upholding our founding principles, we have strengthened our position as an irreplaceable Global Digital Transformation Partner, adapting our services to meet evolving market needs.

Our Global Impact and Market Position

transcosmos Group places client transformation at the core of our business, delivering superior Customer Experience (CX) services and productivity-enhancing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions across 35 countries and regions, including Japan, China, Korea, ASEAN, the Americas, and Europe. We proudly serve approximately 3,500 clients globally.

Market Evolution and Our Response

While digital transformation and remote operations have accelerated due to social changes, many companies still face challenges in implementing fundamental DX initiatives and optimizing customer touchpoints. Additionally, amid labor shortages and work-style reforms, we see increasing demand for outsourcing specialized operational functions. Our unique strength lies in supporting both front-office and back-office operations, leveraging our "people & technology" philosophy to deliver high-value services that anticipate client needs amidst changing political, economic, social, and technological landscapes.

Strategic Growth and Sustainability

Our medium-term management plan (2023-2025) focuses on accelerating growth through business model transformation while strengthening sustainability management. We are pursuing both short-term performance goals and long-term business evolution, guided by three key objectives:

Innovation and Technology Leadership

We continue to innovate through initiatives like our proprietary CX platform "TCI-DX for Support" and the integration of generative AI across our services. Our global expansion has led to overseas sales reaching 25% of consolidated revenue, marked by significant growth in Trust & Safety services across our international markets.

Sustainability Commitment

Under the guidance of our SDGs Committee, we are accelerating various sustainability initiatives, including transitioning to 100% renewable energy (RE100), addressing biodiversity conservation through TNFD, implementing human rights due diligence, and establishing sustainable procurement policies.
