transcosmos provides two new suites of digital transformation services.
The first is to improve the customer experience by removing the barrier between marketing, sales and support and centralize the diversified consumer touchpoints. This enables us to drive our client’s initiatives to improve customer loyalty as well as to expand their sales and profits.
The second is to support the digitalization of our clients’ internal business processes and develop a simplified business process together, improving operations and creating efficiencies.
transcosmos was named a Leader for the second year in Customer Experience Management (CXM) service providers in the Asia Pacific region by Everest Group
We were also recognized as a Star Performer for our high year-over-year growth among others in this category.
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are international goals under an agenda adopted at the UN Summit in September 2015. They run until 2030 with the purpose of putting the world on a sustainable path toward a better future for all. The agenda comprises 17 goals and 169 targets, and while the SDGs are universal in nature—meaning that developing and developed countries alike will strive to achieve them—each nation will address the process individually at a national level
We acknowledge the importance of analyzing and understanding the risks and opportunities inherent in the 17 SDGs and the management strategies related to each of these goals from the perspective of our sustainable growth. Toward this end, we have established the transcosmos SDGs Committee, which is specifically designed for aligning our business and management resources with our SDG initiatives, setting targets prioritizing social issues of particular significance, and confirming the progress on a regular basis.
With the aim of raising awareness and permeating our SDG initiatives, the committee runs various SDG-driven activities both internally and externally including SDGs training courses for our employees (e-learning), internal workshops with the selected members from each function, and more.
We have been offering quality, reliable, sustainable and resilient services including regional and transborder infrastructure, to support economic development of our clients.
We have been opening our operations bases both in Japan and abroad to protect labor rights, and promote safe and secure working environments for all workers, including women and those in precarious employment.
We have been striving to foster workplaces where everyone working in our company can fully unleash their sensitivity and creativity. To that end, we have always respected human rights, promoted diversity and a healthy work-life balance, and provided our employees with various personal development programs.
We have been constantly enhancing our business foundations, that are crucial for making our operations sustainable, such as corporate governance, risk management, compliance, and information security.
We have developed and implemented an environmental management system that complies with the international standard for environment systems “ISO14001.” Also, by providing services that lead to the enhancement of operational efficiency and manpower optimization, and environmentally-friendly services, we have been contributing to our clients and society in reducing environmental impacts. Internally, we have also been engaging in a variety of environmental protection and conservation initiatives, including the promotion of energy and resource conservation.
Building on our Group’s technologies, services and experience, we have been promoting community initiatives focusing primarily on making vibrant local communities, developing future generations who will be taking on the responsibility of sustainable society, and promoting learning and education.
