Although the year has changed, the effects of COVID-19 from last year have not yet subsided around the world, but last year was a year of many changes in the US, including the presidential election and the emergence of racial issues triggered by BLM.

Amid that, I am sure you have experienced many changes and difficulties in business and life.

In response to these major changes in the business environment, we at transcosmos America have been flexibly adapting our business operation structure.

In our call center operations, we discussed with our clients and quickly shifted to the WFH operations and contributed to their business continuity through staffing that could correspond to changes during peak times.

In the e-commerce business, demand increased due to the impact of lockdown and also with the trend to enrich the time spent at home. Selling categories have changed and agile-type project management in which marketing messages are changed according to the social situation has become more effective.

Furthermore, we developed a sales solution to meet the difficulties of door-to-door sales for businesses, and the number of inquiries increased in the latter half of last year.

Fortunately, we were able to gain businesses from new clients without having to downsize our business even during COVID-19.
Even in this new year, the situation is changing day by day and is unpredictable but we hope together we can make 2021 a fruitful year.

Last but not least, we would like to express our sincere condolences to those who lost their lives due to COVID-19.
